STRONGWILL Performance Training (SWPT) is a revolutionary training program designed to help clients develop an indomitable mind, body, and spirit. We believe that the warrior athlete is someone who commits to training oneself rather than simply “working out.”  But what does that mean?

It’s simple: You must commit to self-mastery daily and never yield to adversity.  This is why we emphasize term “warrior.”  In a society dominated by smart technology that makes it feel like you can’t “unplug” and a work culture that seems to champion quantity of work hours over quality of life, information overload and stress can have devastating consequences. It has never been more important to find balance and focus on internal growth.

SWPT is the culmination of my vision to develop a program designed for charged business professionals like me, to find deeper meaning beyond their careers and awaken their dormant warrior souls. We accomplish this by training clients in the following areas: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Intuition, and Spirit. This isn’t a commercialized workout program like you see on television; rather, it’s a 12-month, integrated training program engineered to get you in the best shape of your life the best shape of your life, inside and out.

DAILY WORKOUT

Your life is busy with family, friends, and work. The last thing you want to do is choose your workout routine. As a SWPT member, we provide a “Workout of the Day” (WOD) that will get your heart racing.
